Hixson High School FFA Executive Committee

After careful consideration, the following students have been selected by our chapter's Advisors to serve as Executive Committee members for the 2023-2024 school year.

Executive Committee

President- Kelsey Brown (11th) 

I'm your president Kelsey Brown. I am a junior at Hixson High school and  am so excited for the plans we have for the FFA! I love animals and am currently in the animal science program here. I plan on becoming a licensed veterinary technician 

Vice President -Brooklyn McCorkle (11th)

I'm your Vice President, Brooklyn McCorkle and I am your 2023-2024 FFA Vice President! I am looking forward to all of the fun things the officers and I have planned for y’all this year! I am involved in both Plant and Animal science, with hopes of becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician! 

Treasurer - Samantha Paik (11th)

My name is Samantha Paik and I am a junior. I am striving to get certified as a vet technician, complete college, and, if I decide I like the career,  I would like to continue my education in veterinary school to become a veterinarian.

Secretary -Amelia Monroe (11th) 

My name is Amelia Monroe and I am a Junior here at Hixson High School. My goal is to graduate high school with my Certification to be a Veterinarian Assistant and enroll in college to get my DVM

Sentinel -  Brody Harp (11th) 

Hi, my name is Brody Harp, I am a junior and I have been apart of our FFA program since my freshman year! My post High school goal are to go to SLTC, to become a fiber optics lineman.
